Jestem nurkuj\u0105cym fotografem, a kiedy mam s\u0142abszy dzie\u0144, ma\u0142o czasu lub gdy brak mi weny, jestem fotografuj\u0105cym nurkiem. Jestem r\u00f3wnie\u017c instruktorem nurkowania i fotografii podwodnej, organizatorem wyjazd\u00f3w, kurs\u00f3w, warsztat\u00f3w, ojcem, m\u0119\u017cem i dziadkiem . Po latach zmagania si\u0119 z anologow\u0105 fotografi\u0105 podwodn\u0105, w 2004 roku wkroczy\u0142em w \u015bwiat fotografii cyfrowej. Wszystkie prezentowane w tej galerii zdj\u0119cia pochodz\u0105 z tej epoki. Nie czuj\u0119 si\u0119 zdeklarowanym fanem jakiej\u015b konkretnej dziedziny fotografii podwodnej &#8211; lubi\u0119 wszystkie jej odmiany i przejawy &#8211; od super makro do podwodnych panoram sk\u0142adanych z uj\u0119\u0107 rybim okiem. Od podwodnego reporta\u017cu z nurkowania z absolwentami kursu OWD do zaplanowanych sesji z udzia\u0142em do\u015bwiadczonych modeli i zespo\u0142u o\u015bwietleniowc\u00f3w. Po trzydziestu latach fotografowania pod wod\u0105 potrafi\u0119 rozpozna\u0107 momenty kiedy pojawia si\u0119 u mnie &#8222;flow&#8221; i staram si\u0119 te chwile wykorzysta\u0107. Nie mam z\u0142udze\u0144 co do tego, \u017ce zrobienie wyj\u0105tkowej fotografii wymaga wiedzy, odpowiedniego sprz\u0119tu, podwodnego czasu zarezerwowanego na zdj\u0119cia i odrobiny szcz\u0119\u015bcia, a te elementy niezwykle trudno sklei\u0107 podczas typowych, rekreacyjnych nurkowa\u0144. To nic, trzeba pr\u00f3bowa\u0107. Uwa\u017cam, \u017ce fotografia podwodna jest wspania\u0142ym hobby, mobilizuj\u0105cym do doskonalenia techniki nurkowania, poznawania podwodnej przyrody, nawi\u0105zywania kontakt\u00f3w z innymi lud\u017ami i podr\u00f3\u017cowania. Mo\u017ce by\u0107 zaj\u0119ciem na ca\u0142e nurkowe \u017cycie. \u017bycz\u0119 wszystkim foto-przyjacio\u0142om wielu sukces\u00f3w na tym polu i lekkiego podchodzenia do nieuniknionych pora\u017cek fotograficznych. Po pierwsze nie ma po\u015bpiechu, bo prawie wszystko zosta\u0142o ju\u017c na \u015bwiecie sfotografowane, a po drugie (jak mawia\u0142 Niels Bohr) &#8222;ekspert to cz\u0142owiek, kt\u00f3ry w w\u0105skiej dziedzinie wiedzy pope\u0142ni\u0142 wszystkie mo\u017cliwe b\u0142\u0119dy&#8221; .
